At Hitaffer, PLLC, we place an emphasis on traditional priorities, with the most important being faith, then family, followed by work, recreation and self-development.
We put our faith in God first. We know that it may be unpopular and controversial in the twenty-first century to talk about our faith. This especially holds true for the Western culture, where the least fortunate among us is rich in comparison to other cultures, leading us to believe that we do not need to look to God for our provisions. But God has truly blessed us, and if we do not acknowledge this, He will eventually remove His protection from us.
Consider Muslims who pray at least five times throughout the day. They are devoted to their faith and are not ashamed to practice it. If we do not boldly practice our faith, what does that say about us, about our dedication to the things in which we profess to believe?
So, we decided to make a drastic change, truly to put God first. That is what He has called us to do. If we put our work first, immerse ourselves in it, and give God that which remains, He is not getting our best. So, we start our day off focused on our relationship with Him, giving Him our best. We believe everything else should follow.
Our family is important to us. We work to live and support our family. We do not live to work. Children grow up so quickly. We want to spend time with them and enjoy them as they grow. We want them to have a rich childhood with memories that they will cherish. We take the responsibility to teach them, to be present in their lives. They should understand that learning is not in a classroom but is a lifelong experience.
We also lead by example, encouraging our children to lead productive lives and contribute something fruitful to our society. We set an example for our children, who experience firsthand, early in life, the effort we put into our vocation, the dedication we have to serve, and our commitment to excellence.
Without contradiction, our work is an integral part of our life. It is something that we enjoy. And, whatever we do, we do it heartily, as for the Lord, with the highest standards and level of commitment. There is no clear line of demarcation in our balance of work and life. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly anytime, even outside of ordinary business hours, because we understand that the need for legal counsel does not always fit nicely within a customary business day.
If we are unavailable at any time, we promptly respond during the same business day. If you have any questions about our firm, or the services that we provide, please do not hesitate to contact us.
At Hitaffer, PLLC, we welcome the opportunity to serve.
