VSB 24th Annual Intellectual Property Fall CLE Weekend Seminar

The Virginia State Bar Association will be holding it 24th annual intellectual property fall CLE weekend seminar at the Westin Alexandria Hotel on September 21-22, 2012. Topics include implementation of the America Invents Act, resolutions of IP disputes, conflicts of interest and copyright fundametals. There will be a live hearing of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences at the USPTO Auditorium, with a question and answer session floowing the hearing.
