USPTO Hosting First-Inventor-to-File Roundtable – September 6, 2012

The USPTO will be hosting a First-Inventor-to-File roundtable on September 6, 2012 from 1:30–4:30PM EST.  The USPTO is seeking public comment on its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for implementation of the First-to-Invent provisions.  Speakers include USPTO Director David Kappos and Senior Patent Counsel Robert Bahr.  The roundtable will be held in the Madison Auditorium on the concourse level of the Madison Building, 600 Dulany Street, Alexandria, Va. 22314.  It is open to the public and will be webcast.  For more information see Press Release.
