Tiffany J. Hitaffer is a founding partner of Hitaffer & Hitaffer, PLLC. Her practice is focused on intellectual property, particularly in the areas of trademark and copyright registration and enforcement.
Ms. Hitaffer has experience investigating and managing cases and controversies, and initiating and defending against complaints. She drafts pleadings, motions and briefs and manages discovery in all phases of litigation. She negotiates settlements and mediates cases. She also has experience drafting briefs for the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and arguing before the Court of Appeals.
